• Any losses or damages related to gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and accepted by the Player as such.

Where pldt77's liability cannot be excluded by law, pldt77's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pldt77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pldt77's liability for death or personal injury caused by pldt77's own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
